Get New Jobs in Truckee and North Tahoe Delivered to Your Inbox

October 30, 2026

New jobs go up across Truckee and North Tahoe all the time: nursing, HVAC, retail, HR, hospitality, accounting, and more. You can check the board every day, or you can set up job alerts and have new jobs sent to your inbox. Here’s how.

How Job Alerts Work

Go to the Find Jobs page and look for the box that says “Get the newest jobs in your inbox.”

  • Pick how often. Choose Weekly or 2x / Week.
  • Choose your job types and categories. Use the dropdowns to narrow the list.
  • Subscribe. Add your email, hit the Subscribe button, and you’re set.

From there, new jobs that match your filters arrive in your inbox on the schedule you picked. Read through them when it’s convenient and apply to the ones that fit. If you leave the filters on “All,” you’ll see everything new on the board.

Why Set One Up

Local employers posted 146 new jobs in September, with more going up every week. Job alerts help you keep up with them, whether you’re ready to apply now or just keeping an eye on what’s out there. Know someone who’d be a great fit for a role? Alerts make it easy to spot jobs worth passing along.

  • Less searching. Your filters sort the list, so you only see jobs that fit.
  • An earlier look. You see new listings sooner, so you have more time to apply.
  • Your pace. Pick Weekly or 2x / Week, whichever works for you.

Want to see everything that’s open right now? Browse the job board anytime.

A Few Tips

  • Pick more than one category. If you’re open to different kinds of work, a wider net means fewer missed opportunities. With such a mix of jobs on the board, there’s a lot to choose from.
  • Check your spam or promotions folder. If your first email doesn’t show up, look there and mark it as not spam.
  • Create a job seeker profile. Upload your resume so employers can find you too.
